29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:   a) Jobsite: 4119 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201, on or about July 23, 2020, employees were not protected from falling while working on a ladder jack scaffold in order to repair mortar on the side of a brick building. The ladder jack scaffold was set up on a flat roof of the adjacent building and employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the concrete sidewalk below.
