In the parking facility at 417 East Main Street Milford, MA: On or about July 19, 2020, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to chemicals containing ethyl alcohol and the employer did not had a written hazard communication program that details how the employer intended to be in compliance with the requirements of 1910.1200.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.  In the parking lot facility located at 417 E Main St, Milford, MA: On or about July 13, 2020, employees were provided with a portable secondary container (green spray bottle) containing an ethanol-based sanitizing product with Ethanol and the container was not labeled with any information on the identity of the product or the hazards associated with exposure.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed:  In the parking lot facility at 417 East Main St. Milford, MA:  On July 13 and July 19, 2020 an employee was assigned to perform a fleet vehicle disinfection protocol, which involved exposure to physical and health hazards, included but not limited to exposure to hazardous chemicals, heat stress and biological hazards and the employer did not verify that a written workplace hazard assessment had been performed to identify, address and train the employee on such hazardous conditions.
