29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section which provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    (a)  Timeline Services LLC, at 1512 Bluemoon Drive, Longmont, CO: On 7/24/2020, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section which provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  Timeline Services LLC directed the work of contractor Victor Araujo.  Contractor Victor Araujo framed new construction homes at the Shadow Grass development.  Two employees were setting joists while standing upon top plates.  Personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems, or safety net system were not used.  Timeline Services LLC did not ensure that contractor employees were protected from a fall.  This condition exposed employees of Victor Araujo to approximate 9.2 foot fall hazards.
