29 CFR 1926.251(a)(4): Special custom design lifting accessories for material handling were not marked to indicate the safe working load(s). Location: Jobsite On or about July 28, 2020, employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards while hoisting a pre-fabricated steel stairway by using a section of angle iron with holes drilled into it without markings to indicated the safe working load.
