Northpark Ln, Joplin, MO 64801 On or about July 29, 2020, and thereafter, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910,134(c)(1)(i)-(ix). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the employer required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 residents.

29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii): The employer shall select a NIOSH-certified respirator. The respirator shall be used in compliance with the conditions of its certification. a) Spring River Christian Village located at 201 S. Northpark Ln, Joplin, MO 64801 On or about July 29, 2020, and thereafter, the employer did not provide exclusively NIOSH-certified respirators to employees who were required to care for suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. The employer made available to employees respirators labeled �KN95 XIKH Foldable Protective Earloop Mask.� However the KN95s did not contain certification markings indicating they were certified under the equivalent international standard.
