29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  JOB SITE: 3623 Arpent Street, Saint Charles, MO 63301, on or about 7/28/2020, workers were observed on top of the roof, actively installing roof shingles, and were permitted to operate pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection.  The employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.

The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.

The employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
