On or about July 30, 2020, and at times before, in the 8 feet deep excavation at the corner of San Pablo Boulevard and J. Turner Butler Boulevard and Jacksonville, eight employees were exposed to a cave-in hazard: In that the excavation was not protected by an adequate protective system.
