29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) Knutti Hall, Shepherdstown, WV: On August 27, 2020, an employee was working approximately 15-20 feet above ground level from a platform of a Genie S-65 aerial lift. The employee was not wearing a full body harness with lanyard attached to the basket while working from the aerial lift.
