29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. On our about July 31, 2020, employees of Midwest Paper Group LLC were not able to keep a clear view of the path of travel while driving in reverse on the Doosan Model GC55C-9 LP Forklifts.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks shall be examined before being placed in service, and shall not be placed in service if the examination shows any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Such examination shall be made at least daily. Where industrial trucks are used on a round-the-clock basis, they shall be examined after each shift. Defects when found shall be immediately reported and corrected. On or about July 17, 2020, Doosan Model GC55C-9 LP forklifts were placed into service at Midwest Paper Group LLC without having been examined for hazardous conditions such as an obstructed rear field of view due to an elevated LP tank.
