29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) U.S. Precision Mold, Inc. at 14700W. 66th Pl. Unit 9 Arvada, CO 80004: On or before 8/4/2020 the employer did not develop and implement an updated written hazard communication program. The employer utilizes a written hazard communication program lacking the elements of the 2012 updated requirements. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazard including but not limited to: -acetone -lubricating oil -isopropyl alcohol
