The employer did not have a written respiratory protection program, with worksite specific procedures for respirator use, that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures for respirator use. The employees were required to work with confirmed positive and suspected COVID-19 residents, on or about 04/09/2020 and after. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
