29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): Safety data sheets (SDS) were not kept for all chemical products, such as UV ink Polymeric 24273 Black which could cause severe skin and eye burns; SDS's were not made available to employees. (SDS's should be kept in an order with an index available for quick retrieval.) Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
