29 CFR 1910.178(f)(1): The storage and handling of liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (NFPA No. 30-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. On or about 7/28/2020 at the portable diesel fuel refilling tank, workers of all trades were exposed to fire hazards where the 1000 gallon tank was not protected against vehicular contact form traffic including but not limited to the Lull forklifts and miscellaneous construction vehicles during refueling and limited passing by. No abatement required

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): On or about 7/28/2020 at the portable diesel fuel refilling tank, the employer failed to ensure the tank was properly labeled on all sides with all required labeling.
