On or about 7/28/2020 at the portable diesel fuel refilling tank, workers of all trades were exposed to fire hazards where the 1000 gallon tank was not protected against vehicular contact form traffic including but not limited to the Lull forklifts and miscellaneous construction vehicles during refueling and limited passing by.  No abatement required
