29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) Ocean Tents & Party Rentals - jobsite located at 3045 Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ: The employer did not ensure that employees working approximately 4 feet from overhead power lines were using protective measures to prevent contact and from getting exposed to an electric shock. Occurred on or about 08/02/2020.
