29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees engaged in pressure/leak testing of a high pressure pasteurization system were exposed to struck-by hazards: a) On or about August 5th, 2020, employees working and traveling through the High Bay area were exposed to struck-by hazards while pressure/leak testing was being conducted on a 45L High Pressure Pasteurization System. The employer did not provide any means to protect personnel in the event of an equipment failure when pressures of up to 55,000 PSI were applied to the system.
