29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(1): The employer did not provide change rooms, in conformance with the Sanitation standard, 29 CFR 1910.141, for employees who were required to change their clothes to use protective clothing and equipment for chromium (VI) exposures: (a) U.S. Air Force 62nd Maintenance Squadron, Hangar 6 and Bldg. 745B; Employees were removing personal protective equipment inside the paint booths and paint hangar due to lack of change rooms/ designated changing area and potentially tracking hexavalent chromium into other work areas via their boots and powered air purifying respirators.
