Employees were exposed to shock and burns.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Wawona Wastewater Facility, Motor Control Center (MCC): In the following instances, employees were exposed to electrical hazards where there was evidence of standing water on the floor due to water leaks through the ceiling: a. Unused openings in three 240 volts electrical panels were not effectively closed due to missing circuit breakers, the missing spaces were covered with black tape. b. Loose fittings were observed at the bottom of the pump's control panel connections and the inner conductors and were exposed.
