Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person:   On or about 8/4/2020 at 1041 Howell Mill Road NW, Atlanta GA 30318, the employer exposed employees to tip-over/fall hazards in that it did not ensure that the scaffolding was erected by a subcontractor's competent person who was qualified in scaffold erection.
