29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous. a) Second Story of Building- On or about August 6, 2020, an extension cord plugged into a receptacle at the temporary power panel did not have a grounding prong, exposing employees to electrical shock. Ohler Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1446757, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on April 15, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 846 Main St. Hattiesburg, MS which became a final order on May 12, 2020.
