Employees of Total Welding, Inc. a 2nd tier subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 15 feet while conducting stairway landing erection activities in the south stairwell core. Hensel Phelps Construction, Co. did not inspect the subcontractor's fall protection system.
