29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   A) Exterior, in lift:  Employees were working in a Sunbelt lift and one of them was not tied off.  The employee was exposed to fall/catapult hazards of approximately 15 feet, on or about August 10th, 2020.   NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
