29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction, LOT 4, top plate: On or about 8/10/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to employees who were conducting framing activities at heights measured at 10 feet to the lower level. Employees were installing trusses and walking along the top plate.
