This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet.  The Kelvin Rodriguez-Acosta dba KRA Construction company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1452699, citation number 1, item number 2(a), 2(b) and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Westlake Drive, South Barrington, IL., 60010.
