29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A): Employees were not insulated from energized parts through the use of rubber insulating gloves or rubber insulating gloves and sleeves worn in accordance with paragraph (c)(2) of this section: (a) On or about August 11, 2020 at the park on Gretna Hwy, the employees were utilizing boom trucks to transfer live power lines to a new pole without the use of electrical safety sleeves with their rubber gloves.
