29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): Stairs did not have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: (a) On or about 8/12/2020 and at times earlier - Loading dock platform staircase, employees were exposed to falls of 30 inches over metal steps to the ground because the risers were not uniform in that the fourth riser was 1.5 inches less than the other risers.
