29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.    On or about August 12, 2020, and at times prior, at the job site, on a 6:12 pitch roof, three roofing employees were exposed to 10 feet fall hazards from the roof eaves, in that; they were not protected by a fall protection system.   The Five Star Building Group, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132666, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Fernbrook Drive Saint Johns, FL 32259.
