Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to injuries from a serious fall hazard:   a) Dock Area - On or about August 8, 2020, employees were performing painting from inside of a Buckhorn Folding Bulk Shipping Container that was elevated approximately nine (9) feet above the dock surface by a Deawoo Forklift.  The interior walls of the container measured 32?  inches in height.  The employees were exposed to a fall of approximately nine (9) feet to the concrete dock surface.
