29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension: Building 92: Employees were performing drywall operations in the interior spaces where temporary lighting was suspended by its flexible cord. The temporary lighting string was hanging from the flexible cable by insulated wiring. Employees were exposed to fire and/or electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: NBPL: Building 92: Exterior: An employee was installing aluminum framing underneath roof fascia board using a trestle ladder on unlevel ground without the ladder being secured from accidental displacement. Employee was exposed to a fall hazard no greater than 4 feet above the lower level.
