29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) Omni-X USA, Inc. at 2751 W Mansfield Ave, Englewood, CO 80110: On or before 8/13/20 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the Wilton Horic 10x16 inch horizontal bandsaw [model:7040, serial # 07030250] lacked a guard over exposed parts of the blade on the side opposite the movable guard and not covered by the workpiece. This condition exposed employees to amputation and laceration hazards.
