29 CFR 1910.110(e)(2)(iv): LP-Gas fueled industrial trucks shall comply with the Standard for Type Designations, Areas of Use, Maintenance and Operation of Powered Industrial Trucks, NFPA 505-1969, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. (a) Product Services' Manufacturing Warehouse - On or about August 11, 2020 the employer did not examine LP gas containers before recharging and again before reuse. The LP gas containers were leaking, had external corrosion, and denting, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
