29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with stock being cut to give maximum protection possible for the operation being performed:      On or about 08/13/2020, Trinity Products, located at 3251 Harry S. Truman Blvd., St. Charles, MO, The Original Saw Companys, Radial Arm Saw  Super Duty Series did not have an adequate blade guard system.  The linkage guard system for the lower blade portion would not drop back into the proper blade protection position.  This exposed the operator to the rotating blade.  This saw was located in the Board Shack.
