Location - Water Street, Framingham, MA. (Corner of construction lot.)  On or about August 12, 2020, three employees were not protected while working around energized electrical circuits.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  Location - Water Street, Framingham, MA. (Corner of construction lot.)  On or about August 12, 2020, three employees were walking/working on a pump jack scaffold system that was not secured at the bottom.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Location - Water Street, Framingham, MA. (Corner of construction lot.)  On or about August 12, 2020, three employees were walking/working on a steep roof greater than sixteen feet above lower level without wearing the fall protection they set up.    The Cape Ann Copper, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106735, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/08/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 190 State Street, Newburyport, MA 01950.  The Cape Ann Copper, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1471305, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/06/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 298 Main Street, Gloucester, MA.
