On or about August 12, 2020, at a worksite located on the south side of East Broad Street, Blacklick, Ohio, employees were working inside an unprotected trench without a safe means of egress, thereby exposing the employees to cave-in hazards.  Layton Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1392603, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at West Broadway and Cherry Street, Granville, OH, 43023.
