29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. (a) On August 14, 2020; an employee working on the second platform of a Warner, SRS-72 scaffold at heights of approximately 27 feet from the ground surface below had not been trained by a qualified person in order to recognize and minimize hazards associated with scaffold use.
