29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested:  a. On or about August 20, 2020, employees were required to wear NIOSH approved, 3M brand, half-face respirators when spraying gel coat in the Cultured Marble Manufacturing area and they had not received annual respirator fit tests.  b. On or about August 20, 2020, an employees was required to wear a NIOSH approved, 3M brand, N95 filtering facepiece dustmask respirators when sanding cultured marble products in the QC Finishing Department and had not received an annual respirator fit test.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  a. On or about August 20, 2020, employees were required to wear NIOSH approved, 3M brand, half-face respirators when spraying gel coat in the Cultured Marble Manufacturing area and they had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the respirator facepiece and the face.  b. On or about August 20, 2020, an employee was required to wear a NIOSH approved, N95 filtering facepiece dustmask respirator when sanding cultured marble products in the QC Finishing Department and had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the respirator facepiece and the face.
