The crew was not wearing eye protection while roofing the structure.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 08/14/2020, roofers working for Richardo Cruz were reroofing a residential structure located at 5439 Holly Hills, St. Louis, MO. The crew was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. There was PFAS connected to the roof but the crew was not connected to it. The roofers were observed on the roof of the structure without fall protection, exposing them to fall to the ground below from the two story structure.
