29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    Employees were exposed fire hazards in that the fire extinguishers were not mounted and located so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries in the following locations:    a) Fire extinguisher mounted on a pole in the north side of the door shop.     b) Fire extinguisher mounted on the east wall of D2 building.     The B & B Lumber Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1129067, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/07/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 W 1st St, Newton, Kansas 67114.
