29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Work site along Lake Elmo Drive and Sharron Lane, Billings, MT 59105: On or about August 12, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from loose gravel while chip sealing on an active roadway without head protection.
