29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: Kalamazoo Chop Saw, rear of building: On or about August 17, 2020 employees were exposed to slipping and tripping hazards from the use as of a small wooden step as a means to access the Kalamazoo Chop Saw operating arm.
