29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under 1926.502(e).  (a) North and West side of house - On or about August 17, 2020 the employer did not ensure that the employees operating the aerial lifts approximately 24 feet high were using a harness and lanyard attached to the basket, exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)Top of roof - On or about August 17, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that his employees working on the steep roof approximately 22 feet high were provided a means of fall protection, exposing them to fall hazards.  Corona Construction & Remodeling, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1249046, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 704 Hancock St. Bay Saint Louis, MS. 39520.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a) Top of roof - On or about August 17, 2020 the employer did not provide fall hazard training for employees working from the roof, exposing them to fall hazards.
