Site: 1516 Oriental Blvd. Brooklyn, NY On and after 4/23/2020. a) On or about May 10, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employees ability to use a respirator before requiring the use. The employer required employees to wear respirators while providing care to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients.
