29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Building Exterior-left side of the building: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while cutting stones with a demo saw without the use of eye and face protection. Employees were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 8/17/20

29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(2)(ii): Water was not applied at flow rates sufficient to minimize release of visible dust for tasks performed using wet methods:  a) Building Exterior-left Side: Employees did not apply water to minimize the release of visible dust while dry cutting stone, the employee were exposed to silica dust while dry cutting stones with a STIHL demo saw, on or about 8/17/20.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, employees were not using portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface shall be used. Cross braces or scaffolds shall not be used as a means of access.  a) Building Exterior-Left side: Employees were using a scaffold that the platform's were more than two feet above the access point. Employees were not using portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure or personnel hoist, on or about 8/17/20.  The F Pardo Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464321 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/1/20, with respect to a workplace located at 355 Park Ave Weehawken NjJ07086.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section.  a) Building Exterior-Left side: Employees were exposed to a 12-18 foot fall while working on a tubular welded pipe scaffold without any means of fall protection, on or about  8/17/20.
