The employees were required to wear N95 respirators to protect from airborne biohazards.  The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program at the workplace with worksite-specific procedures for employees required to wear respirators, including but not limited to, a 3M 1870 N95 Health Care Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask.
