29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Top of house - On or about August 19, 2020 the employer did not ensure his employees installing roof decking on steep roof were protected from falling with a means of fall protection, exposing them to fall hazards. Pablo Reyes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280843, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/23/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8578 Poplar Trail. Biloxi, MS. 39530.
