The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards. This was most recently documented on August 20, 2020 at the residential construction site located at 14013 W 72nd Shawnee KS.  Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees were required to dispense gasoline into an air compressor. The employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program to address the hazards associated with the chemicals used on site.  Chemicals used on site included but were not limited to gasoline.
