29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new residential construction site located at the intersection of Northwest Thoreau Drive and Northwest Carson Drive, Lees Summit, Missouri 64081, an employee was exposed to a serious fall hazard. An employee assisting with the installation of roof decking from the second floor was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 12 feet 8 inches to the ground below.
