29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Colorado Reliable Exteriors at 3766 Eureka Way, Frederick, CO 80516: On and before August 18, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury while working on a low slope roof of a commercial building, in that employees conducting roof flashing type work on a commercial building, were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20-25 feet at the eaves edge of the building.
