OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees during cutting operations using a cut-off saw were exposed to struck-by hazards. At site located in 673 Rescue Rd. in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. a. On or about August 18, 2020, employees cutting precast concrete lintels with a Stihl cut-off saw Model TS-420, were exposed to struck-by hazards.
