29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Kitchen: On or about March 6, 2020 the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that three (ABC) portable fire extinguishers were placed on floor and not mounted as required. b) Warehouse Area -Near Sprinkler System: On or about March 6, 2020 the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that two portable (ABC) fire extinguishers were placed on floor and not mounted as required.
