29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.  On or about August 25, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, 3068, 3070 Kentshire Circle, Naperville, IL, employees performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet nine (9) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about August 25, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, 3082, 3084, 3086,  Kentshire Circle,Naperville, IL,  employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet one (1) inch above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  c.  On or about August 25, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, 3088, 3090 Kentshire Circle, Naperville, IL, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet one (1) inch above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
